Well, #quar life persists, and whether we like it or not, we are left with ourselves for company.
Many of us miss shul, but quarantine has also forced us to personalize and individuate our prayer.
In this week's ZüMishmar, we will be continuing our exploration of the individual in Judaism, by looking at the concept and practice of hisbodedut, which has its roots in philosophical contemplation and evolves into an intimate, individual prayer practice between you and G-d alone.
